Our Approach

The Crust

Made fresh daily, we take special care and expense with the addition of quality hi-gluten flour for stretch and real honey for a touch of sweetness. Our 1950's stone deck ovens keep it 'old school for a satisfying crew with just the right amount of crisp on the every pizza.

Our Story

The Ingredients

It's all about the cheese! We use only artisanal cheeses from Grande. A leader in Old World techniques, for a smooth, rich & creamy, buttery taste that has NO preservatives or additives. It starts there. Add in house made sauces, fresh cut vegetables and delicious recipes and you've found that perfect pie.

Why Bebop?

Could be a stretch to get from an Italian classic to Bebop, but we see it a natural. First, Bebop Pizza Kitchen is The Jazz Kitchen's sister store where the JK has been featuring the best in live jazz music and inventive cuisine for over 20 years. It's like a jedi mind trick, associating hot, bubbly, hand crafted pizza with an inventive, intense, prolific jazz genre.

Parker was a blazingly fast saxophone virtuoso, and he introduced revolutionary harmonic ideas.
